3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the successful delivery of our Services, you, the client, agree to provide all necessary information, materials (e.g., logos, content, brand guidelines), and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in providing these assets may impact project timelines and outcomes.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for our Services will be outlined in the specific Service Agreement or project proposal. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts. All payments are non-refundable once the service has commenced.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the business relationship. This includes business strategies, client lists, and financial data. This obligation of confidentiality will survive the termination of our engagement.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website is the exclusive property of PROFINANCE SOLUTION. Upon full and final payment for Services rendered, ownership of the final client-specific deliverables will be transferred to the client, as stipulated in the Service Agreement. PROFINANCE SOLUTION retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is executed.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our Services are delivered with professional skill and care. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as sales increases, traffic volumes, or search engine rankings, as these are influenced by external factors beyond our control. PROFINANCE SOLUTION shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the Services in question.

8. Term and Termination

The term of our engagement will be specified in the Service Agreement. Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party commits a material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, the client is responsible for paying for all Services performed up to the termination date.

9. Amendments to Terms

PROFINANCE SOLUTION reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the website or our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
